Description

Problem
All of the detail views in the Patterns, Practices, and About sections use a sticky nav box in the upper-right corner. When javascript is disabled, the main content column (the main tag with the class standalone-resource__main and the id main) flows through/overlaps the navigation sidebar, making the content unreadable.

Expected Behavior
The layout should work correctly with javascript disabled, following progressive enhancement principles. The main content layout can and should be controlled with CSS rather than scripts.

Current Behavior
With javascript enabled, all content is readable with no overlaps. With javascript disabled some content is inaccessible. Especially when the content is short, because without scrolling the sticky nav indefinitely cloaks the content.

Evidence
Screenshots are attached to show two examples with javascript disabled.
