The driver lookup iterated `["libcuda.so.1", "libcuda.so"].iter()` and handed the closure's `&&str` straight through, so launchbound-bench stopped compiling with the bump (E0277), and with it the semver, msrv, gate and both termlens jobs. Dereferencing once passes the `&str`, which both 0.8 and 0.9 accept. libloading 0.9's rust-version is 1.88, this workspace's. Checked: the workspace builds, and the bench crate's tests and clippy pass.
