Possibility to set defualts on a per client basis

Just wondering if it would be possible to configure defaults per client in addition to per user?

i.e. A user has 3 clients, 1 is a used in a home theatre and has a 7.1 setup, 1 in a living room with a 5.1 setup, and 1 in a bedroom with a stereo set up. Could your script set different defaults for each of the clients that user has?

Not possible sadly.
The workaround is to create a managed user for each client, but they will have separate watch histories

Oh that's a bummer! Was hoping it would be possible given that Plex tracks individual clients. I mainly want this feature for myself and no so much for my users. I'm already running this: https://github.com/luigi311/JellyPlex-Watched to sync watch history between Plex and Jellyfin, so I could probably map the various Plex usernames to themselves and sync the watch history across all of them. Bit of a pain but I might experiment with it to see if it works.

I found out about it this morning. It will auto select the resolution on the fly, not sure about audio though.
