Not working with 25H2 26200.8973

Before reporting your issue

• I have confirmed that this issue does not happen when ExplorerPatcher is not installed
• I do not have "register as shell extension" enabled
• I have tried my best to check existing issues

Too many to list.
Chris Titus software executed and many tweaks implemented prior to this installation attempt.

Describe the bug

When installing, Screen blanks out then comes back, but nothing showng that ExplorerPatcher was installed.
Apps in the settings does show that explorerPatcher was installed so I do not know what is happening.

Expected outcome

I expect ExplorerPatcher to display a window to select options.

Actual outcome

No window displayed. Only that Explorer seems to restart.

Please list out your Third-party tweak software installed. Some may be in conflict with EP.

EP does not show an install process. It silently installs itself and then you should see a notification of symbols being downloaded, and then symbols were downloaded.
