Getting LLM Stream Analyser working with Assist (Home Assistant Voice)

Hi first time poster, i have spent hours trying to get this working so that it reads back the response, I created a script to check if my rubbish bins are out the front, I ask Assist and it either refuses to run the script or if it does run it doesn't say the response it just says the camera is recording or it doesn't know about my bins, If someone can please assist to get this working i would be very grateful.
I think once i understand what I'm doing wrong i'll be all good, as i have automations that fire when people detected working ok, they send me push notifications though not assist response.

Did you expose the script to HA Assist?

Yes I did, voice assistant just seems to ignore what I ask saying it can’t do that , script never runs via voice Get Outlook for iOS<https://aka.ms/o0ukef>
