One sentence description of contribution:
Adds a disassociability use case describing how hospitals de-identify EHR data for secondary research use under HIPAA, covering K-Anonymity, synthetic data generation, and NER-based text de-identification.
Additional notes:
This is the first contribution to the use-cases/de-identification/ directory, which was previously empty.
