Browser freezes when playing with "long text" example on the phone

Bug Description

To reproduce:

1. On the phone (I'm using an iPhone 12 mini on iOS18), open the long text example on tiptap.dev: https://tiptap.dev/docs/examples/basics/long-texts
2. In the editor, select all text
3. At this point, the browser would freeze

This happens on both the Chrome app and Safari.
This doesn't happen when I try to do the same on a long text in a simple contenteditable div (on another website).
