OAC sitemap test and assessment: create mechanism in ArcLight to identify test finding aids

This is part of our OAC sitemap testing/assessment plan, per https://docs.google.com/document/d/1wFoeo1vMc_XmC9ckpHEGM4ipu-IPy6AkxvYBBabL3YI/edit?tab=t.0#bookmark=id.9u8g0cw5jtty

We sketched out the following four tests to run in parallel:

A) List collections in sitemaps (/findaid/ark:/13030/…), don’t list components
B) List collections in sitemaps (/findaid/ark:/13030/…), don’t list components, add rel canonical for components & print finding aids to point back to /findaid/ark:/13030/…
C) List collections in sitemaps (/findaid/ark:/13030/…), don’t list components, add component titles to dc:title in header on /findaid/ark:/13030/…
D) List print finding aids in sitemaps (/findaid/static/ark:/13030/…)

For test cases B and C, we need to create a mechanism in ArcLight to indicate those cases
