pages, quizzes, assignments have todo dates, which cannot be changed right now?

See title. Or am I being stupid? Tried several ways, but it does not work. Is this due to Canvas itself, or the API? Any help is appreciated (as it is a recurring theme to update all todo dates on all pages of my courses...)

• What does not work? Are there error messages you could share?

• I'm a course coordinator. Via the canvas pages, I can change the TODO date for every page.
• I have tried via the canvas API, using _requester;

This give a code 200, suggesting it works, but it doesn't change the todo date. I can change the page title in this way, so that seems to work...

I think it is currently impossible. I encountered the same bug. It is because the Canvas LMS API itself doesn't support todo date edits.
