The report file 'cobertura.xml' is invalid. File does not exist once upgraded xcode version 14.2

Hi,
am xcode build project wokrspace on Xcode 13.2.1 once upgraded my Xcode 14.2 unable to generate Test Coverage report on xml format..i have face following error.
