Distribution

We need a built in distribution. This can be done in Rust. We probably need a manager that distributes workers (load injectors) which send metrics back to the manager.

Specifically, what's the approach that you envision? Some ideas come to mind, some that have been done before:

1. SSH into a list of available machines and start the load test from all of them at once.
2. K8S operator

Have a look at the Rust tool goose. They have this boxed off and maybe we could lift it.

Keeping this open as a future enhancement. Distributed load testing (coordinator/worker architecture) is not yet implemented.

v0.1.0 focuses on single-node load generation with full vegeta feature parity. Distributed mode would be a great v0.2.0+ goal — likely a coordinator that distributes targets across remote workers and aggregates results back.
