E492: Not an editor command: TIdalSend

This is likely a RTFM sort of issue, but I seem to be totally misunderstanding something here. When using either Tidalvim or launching neovim and running the 'Tidal' command in another terminal, then running any commands such as 'TidalConfig' , 'TidalSend' and so on, cause neovim to give the message:

E492: Not an editor command: TIdalSend

I have followed the Docs to the letter for installation and configuration.

What am I missing here?

Sound like maybe you haven't ran the command to actually install the plugin, which plugin manager do you use?
