Flatpak Firefox Simple Tab Groups cleanup

When using https://github.com/drive4ik/simple-tab-groups in Firefox, the tabs are saved as Downloads, and when using flatpak to install FF it isn't trivial to detect the currently running version ( rather then the installed ) as these two can differ till browser restart.
There is a bunch or error handling stripped out from this snippet, but who need error handling anyway ?
