Is there a plan to release tensorflow-text 2.20.0?

Summary

We'd like to upgrade to tensorflow 2.20.0 to stay up to date, but there is no compatible tensorflow-text release:

• tensorflow-text==2.19.0 (latest stable) requires tensorflow>=2.19.0,<2.20
• No tensorflow-text==2.20.0 stable release exists

Question

Is there a plan to release a stable tensorflow-text==2.20.0 in the near future?
