Some minor todos

Here is a list of some minor things to do to improve the quality of OQuPy:

functionality

• vectorize correlation.correlation()
• make standard controls part of chain control
• make AugmentedMPS for initially correlated states easier to access
• make better error messages for time dependent functions
• make start time in tempo optional
• make util.create_delta() computationally more efficient

tests

• make test/coverage actually cover everything
• give tests/physics a do-over: more descriptive filenames and better description

documentation

• create a tutorial for Control
• create a tutorial for TempoParameters

style

• make parsing better, with raising exceptions (instead of assert statements)
• pylint: consider-using-f-string
