Tests failing after merge of #118

I am not sure how the CI didn't catch that. Is it possible that the cli tests are not being run on the CI?

There are a number of tests that are not being tested because they rely on DIPY, and being an optional dependency, it is not being installed by the CIs. Thus, the related tests are skipped.

Aha - that's a good catch! We should definitely install that on the CI.

Two options: add a pip install dipy or add a special installation extra for testing, which includes dipy. WDYT?

OK - how about the following: in the long run, we'd like this library to be as lean as possible to improve maintainability. Therefore, how about starting a new library called "trx-utils" into which we put this kind of debugging visualization and also conversions among data formats? That way, we can continue maintaining a lean core, but also support a range of use-cases. If we can make trx-python also not depend on dipy that would be great, but that would require some thinking because of the StatefulTractogram. See also discussions in #51 etc.

Re #119 (comment) I share that vision. There is also some significant redundancy of functions that exist in DIPY, so the split and refactoring should alleviate that.
