how to add a component which is derived from CharacterComponent ?

the article mentioned to create a child class derived from charachtercomponent to get better control.

But I can't find the way to add the new calss as a component.

A possible way is to add it as component from strat up script ,but it is complex .

It is done. Now changing internal to public is Ok

Not 100% sure what you mean, was the issue that the class access modifier was internal instead of public ?
