Kimi account connected successfully, but no usage progress bar shown under the icon

Describe the bug
After successfully connecting the Kimi account, the usage progress bar is not displayed under the icon in the menu bar.

Expected behavior
Once the Kimi account is connected, a usage progress bar should be shown beneath the icon (similar to how other providers display their usage/quota).

Actual behavior
The Kimi account connects successfully, but no usage progress bar or quota indicator is shown under the icon.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open CodexBar
2. Connect a Kimi account
3. Observe the icon in the menu bar — no usage progress bar is displayed below it
