Claude Enterprise Usage Decimal Point Offset Incorrect

It looks like the decimal point to calculate total claude consumption in dollar amounts is off by an order of 100. I don't know if this is limited to the enterprise plan only or any API billing accounts in general.

Verified this is fixed on current main.

Current code treats Anthropic Admin cost_report amount values as lowest USD units and divides by 100 before adding daily totals: Sources/CodexBarCore/Providers/Claude/ClaudeAdminAPIUsageFetcher.swift:211. The regression test covers the reported factor-100 case: Tests/CodexBarTests/ClaudeAdminAPIUsageTests.swift:141 expects 12345.00 + 2500.00 to render as $148.45, not $14,845.
