Fixed on main in 8e8b740.

CodexBar no longer treats the Codex CLI path as automatically usable just because a codex command appears in PATH. It now filters macOS-blocked CLI candidates, can fall back to the signed Codex.app bundled CLI, and in auto mode tries web/OAuth before falling back to codex app-server. If no usable web/OAuth/CLI source exists, it reports no available strategy instead of trying to launch a missing or blocked CLI.
