• Add the operator to the OpenShift platform:

• Use the image in the operator and the integration tests (implemented in feat: Make OPENSEARCH_HOME and OPENSEARCH_PATH_CONF overridable #18)
• Add the image to SecObserve
• opensearch: Use build-repo.stackable.tech instead of Maven Central docker-images#1222 (requested in feat: Add Opensearch image docker-images#1215 (comment))
