`/compact` fails in ACP

Description

If you try to run the /compact command through ACP, it will fail:
{"code":-32603,"message":"Internal error","data":{}}

1.0.138

Steps to reproduce

1. Set up an ACP session with Opencode
2. Send any message
3. Send /compact
4. You get an error ``{"code":-32603,"message":"Internal error","data":{}}`
