My Whatchy doesn't restart, it just stays on this screen

I have exactly the same problem with my sqfmi Watchy 2 watches. I already bought a second one because I thought I might have done something wrong when assembling it. But everything worked fine, then I uploaded the faceplate exactly according to the instructions and got nothing after the message.

Have you been able to identify or fix the problem?

Hey, I don't know if you've already solved it, but I've found a solution for myself. Both watches are running again and have reported back after a face update. I gave my local user the rights for port access in Linux and I was then able to update the esp32s3 module directly, it saved itself and ran again straight away. Both clocks are now intact again.
I only have the problem in the Ardinuo IDE in Win10, where no update is possible, perhaps a security precaution. However, I am too rarely in Windows to worry about this.
