We maintain a list of hermes plugins (plugins.json). Externally developed plugins have a link that users can click to get to the repro where they (presumably) can get more information.
For built-in plugins, there is no "more information" link. Thus, people can not find the relevant documentation. E.g., the list tells me that a codemeta.json plugin exists. However, it is not immediately clear how to configure hermes to actually use it.
