Android: "A new version is available" but I appear to be on the latest version

Describe the bug
Running the FW Lite app on Android (installed via Google Play), I saw a popup "A new version of FieldWorks Lite is available. (Download button)". But clicking the Download button took me to Google Play where my options were Uninstall or Open, because I actually had the latest version available: v2025-12-03-9cc9b680.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Run FW Lite on Android
2. Click on Download button in "new version" popup
3. Observe that Google Play does not have a new version

Expected behavior
The popup would only appear when the Download button will take you somewhere that has a newer version than what you currently have.
