ESP32 post msg to the BOT not reply to an user

Dear editor,
Is it possibile to send a direct message to the bot?
sendMessage allow to reply to a specific user (chatid).
I necessitate with my esp32 to add a new message in the bot queue allow to all users to read the message.
Wich command i need to use?

Hello ceres84,

bot to bot messaging is not allowed by Telegram, only bot to user (and vice versa).
It is not allowed to send a broadcast message, but you can add a bot to a chat so you can send a message to all the user members of that chat. The bot can also reply messages sent by users in a chat (if it is member of that chat).
