Enhance Test Results Page to Display Jobs That Fail Without Generating a Report #745

Description

Is your improvement proposal related to a problem? Please describe.

The Test Results page currently presents a "green" (passing) status when a workflow job fails in a manner that prevents the test report from being generated. This is common when a job fails early in its execution, times out before the result is collected, or encounters an unexpected error.

When navigating from a "checks failed" status to the Test Results page, the misleading "all green" view causes confusion, requiring users to switch to the full Workflow view and manually locate the failing job. This adds unnecessary time and friction, especially for complex or large pipelines.

To improve clarity and user experience, the Test Results page should include a clear entry, status, or notification for any workflow job that failed but did not produce a valid test report. This would allow users to immediately identify the source of the failure without having to navigate away from the test results context.
