Cannot import or move an image past page 1 of a note

Describe the bug

I could successfully import and move around images on the first page of a note, but even after adding content on the 2nd page, an image won't import there.
Dragging an imported image also won't go to the 2nd page. It merely "slides behind" the 2nd page

To reproduce

1. Attempt to import image from the 3 dots menu in the note, or from the image icon
2. click once to make handles appear
3. Attempt to drag past the edge of page 1

Expected behavior

Didn't expect this, with everything else being really great

Stuff sliding behind the page also happens wenn you drag around duplicated pen strokes to another page. I suspect that pages are distinct objects in the repo and copying from one to another was simply not yet implemented, but I do not yet understand how the code works. But the app behaves like this would be the case.

I discovered a workaround for this on my Android tablet. Draw a squiggle, and type some text with a few carriage returns on a blank page you want to add the image to. Try then to add an image.

I need to still try this on my touchscreen Linux laptop

If you scroll down onto another page, then the image will usually load on whatever page you're currently on. Being able to drag things between pages is a much requested feature that rather bizarrely hasn't been implemented (for some reason you can drag things up from a later page to a previous page but not the other way around); there's an existing issue for that though.

I tried to find that issue, but maybe it was under 'feature requests'

Also wynter-alford is right. Scroll down to another page. But in addition: click on the 3 dots menu in the upper right to see what page the app thinks you're on.

If the "Clear Page x/y" matches with the page you want to put the image on, then you're good. Use the "Import" button at the bottom of this menu to put on images or a PDF
