Add support for ChatGPT Atlas browser

I'm using the latest version of Input Source Pro and I noticed that the browser rule does not work for ChatGPT Atlas. I have a set of rules defined and they work perfectly in Edge but not in Atlas, I noticed that we used to have [a fix](https://github.com/runjuu/InputSourcePro/pull/64) for the issue early this year but for some reason it does not work any more.
