Apps not opening after upate and re-bootstrap

What happened

Updated from 1.4 to 2.0 beta 6, refreshed app registration in TS, opened boostrap, re-boostrapped and restarted.

Very few apps actually able to open. Trollstore, and roothide boostrap app also refusing to open.

Reverted back to 1.4.

I did refresh after installing the update, hit bootstrap which led to a restart. Refreshed apps in Trollstore helper but many apps still refusing to open regardless of whether they are injected into or not. Some work, some do not ¯_(ツ)_/¯.

No video sorry as I was able to get it to work by refreshing twice..?

Bootstrap 2.0 beta 7 works now. Springboard injection seems to work too (thank you sm!) BUT bootstrapping for some reason caused some apps to get uninstalled and refuse reinstalling. Rough app list below:
