when run pyramid , got the error: Error in guides$setup(scales, aesthetics, default = params$guide_default %||% : attempt to apply non-function. Could you please let me know how to fix this? Thank you in advance.

Can you let me know if installing the development version fixes your issue? You can use remotes::install_github("robinweide/GENOVA@dev") to install the development verison.
