Fix Eclipse update site issues

If possible for RC4, please fix those issues:

• rename update site title from "Restlet 2.2 - http://p2.restlet.org/2.2/" to "Restlet Framework 2.2 - http://p2.restlet.org/2.2/"
• refresh the 2.2 snapshot which seems to be used by default in Eclipse (dated from September 2013)
• move "Restlet examples" bundle into the "Misc" category instead of "Uncategorized"
• move Restlet Extension - GSON" into "Third-Party integrations" category

I really don't know where this title ("Restlet 2.2") comes from.

Should be fixed now (nb : this data is located in the content.jar and artifacts.jar files).
