Both terms (fruitSet and seedSet) are not primary data. Especially fruitSet which is defined as:
Proportion of the flowers exposed to floral visitors that yielded fruits
Any proportion is derived from two primary measurements. In that case the total number of flowers that set fruit / total number of flowers exposed to floral visitors (number of fruits / marked flowers).
We can't attributed this type of measurement to a particular interaction, since any interaction represents a co-action between two organisms or group of organisms. So, this measurements are related to multiple interactions, possible, involving different taxa.
I really don't know if those terms make sense regarding to the way we are modeling the standardization.
Some use cases will be helpful here.
