What kind of issue is this?
What is the problem?
You can't target an item that is on the ground to pick it up if there is also an underground pipe in that area. See video.
Steps to reproduce
Place underground pipe
Drop an item on the pipe with z
See that you can't select it for pickup
The attached save has items next to the character for testing, as seen in the video.
