Google Vertex support

Hi there,

I do not see Google Vertex support, is it in plans?

The project seems very promising and very cool! I will be testing it :-)

But to incorporate it into my projects I would require Vertex

We needed Vertex too for my company so I had Claude Opus implement the new provider in my fork:
machour#1

You can switch to the fork by changing this in your composer.json file:

1 - Add my fork under repositories :

    "repositories": [
        {
            "type": "vcs",
            "url": "https://github.com/machour/prism"
        }
    ]

2 - Run the following to switch to the branch with Vertex support :

composer require prism-php/prism:dev-vertex-support

I'm using it for Text Generation with streaming, and it's working fine for me.
Please share your feedback here, and if it looks solid to you, I'll open a PR to get this merged 🙏🏼
