Git not available in Windows due to UNIX shell wrappers.

Git detection and usability fails in Windows with following error messages:

Gitium Requirement: There is no git installed on this server.
Gitium Requirement: The C:\xampp\htdocs\gitium\wp-content\plugins\gitium\inc/ssh-git file is not executable

Tested in XAMPP 7.1.7 ( Apache + MariaDB + PHP + Perl)

This might have been fixed by #170 PR. Needs re-test.

I am already using git on this computer, my wordpress site worked before installing this plugin.

Just checked the _transient_gitium_versions row in the wordpress options table and I believe so.

Not sure how we can detect if OS is windows and run straight git commands on it. Any ideas?

Unfortunately, we don't have a fix right now for this issue and also our resources are very limited for the moment. We gladly welcome any PR's that might get this issue fixed!
