Fix license control #180
Description
When building, $ python -m build, get warnings like this:
Creating tar archive
removing 'ncdata-0.3.1' (and everything under it)
* Building wheel from sdist
* Creating isolated environment: venv+pip...
* Installing packages in isolated environment:
- setuptools>=64
- setuptools_scm[toml]>=7.0
- wheel
* Getting build dependencies for wheel...
