When you encounter some problems in use, can you write an API document?

Hey, sorry for taking a while to respond.

I definitely need to write some documentation.

That said the main job of the library is to be a simple way to read and write the file format. So the bulk of the API is essentially NiftiFile.Read and NiftiFile.Write. There's also a convenience [i,j,k] index into the data from the Nifti object. There are some examples in the tests.

The rest I've just tried to keep true to the standard.
