Tooltips are displayed outside of the plugin window frame #2280
Description
On Windows at least, plugdata is displaying tooltips outside of the frame of the plugin window. This is probably not desirable from a plugin behavior standpoint, but more importantly, the tooltips are getting lost when the plugin window is near the edge of the screen. Strangely, the tooltips actually are cropped to the edges of the main window when in standalone mode. I tried making the plugin editor window the parent of the tooltip, but then it looks like the OpenGL context is showing up on top of the tooltips. I'm a little dumb about JUCE so maybe there's an easy fix for this somewhere.
