Cannot issue Let'sEncrypt certificate for subdomain #203

Description

@savedario

I think the issue described here has resurfaced. I am running Plesk Onyx 17.8.11 # 17.
The domain test.example.com was configured as a subdomain of example.com and had a Let'sEncrypt certificate.
I needed the subdomain to be separate from the main one, so I deleted it and re-created as a separate hosting account (within the same webspace).
When I tried to re-create the certificate for the subdomain, I got the error "Install certificate failure: Unable to set certificate name :"
I followed the instructions given in the issue above and discovered that the certificates table still had a row linked to the main domain.
I was able to generate a new certificate after I deleted that row.
