No size reported for TimescaleDB hypertables

I opened an issue about this earlier (#654) and PR (#656) supposedly fixed it.

We've now updated the collector in all our clusters to the latest version (0.66.1) and we're still having the same issue. All of our TimescaleDB hypertables show 0B size in PGAnalyze. Versions before 0.63.0 still reports size as expected.

We have ignore_schema_regexp: "_timescaledb_internal.*" set since there's too many partitions and would bring us over the table limit for PGAnalyze. The fix in #656 should as far as I understood it revert to the old way of reporting size when child partitions are ignored. This does not seem to work..?
