Backup dialog malfunctions

I noticed that, in the last versions of pgadmin4, the behaviour of Backup dialog box is changed, introducing a couple of strange (IMHO) things. I'll try to describe it as better I can

Behaviour:

1. Opening the backup dialog and searching to create a new folder, it's impossible to change the proposed name from inside pgadmin4 (clicking on folder name has no effect). I remember that in some old versions (i don't remember its number, sorry) it was possible to click on the default folder name proposed and than changing it.
2. If you want to overwrite an existing backup file with a new backup, is no more possible to automatically compile the backup name simply clicking on one of the existing files listed in dialog. Even this behaviour was different in old versions.

Expected behavior

1. Once the user try to create a new folder, it's name must be writable
2. By clicking on an existing file in proposed file list, the new backup file name edit field must be initialized with selected file name. Now it's necessary make a "cut & paste" operation that is quite annoying :)
