Issues using Hardhat with Foundry and Fuzzlib both installed

When having forge and fuzzlib folder yarn complains of package duplicate

Of course foudry libs installed through foundry is ideal, but there are cases where project employs anvil for a hardhat local deployment for example

Possible solution: tweak NPM package build process to exclude lib/forge-std
