Tag 8.3.1 exists, but no corresponding PyPI release

There is a 8.3.1 Git tag (visible here), created by @Rowlando13 , but there is no corresponding release on PyPI, where the latest version is 8.3.0, see here). This "publish-pypi" CI job seems to be waiting for an approval since October 15. The previous one (for 8.3.0) was approved by @davidism. Is this an oversight or, just, well, you know, people have had better things to do (which I would fully understand)? :)
