Update documentation for "id" vs "message_id" for CAN & Diag#31

Documentation mentions "message_id" in several places for CAN. Should just be "id". This also applies to python/vi-firmware/android docs as well.

Next step to reduce confusion would be make variables in source code no longer use message_id either.
