This looks like a wrong openIM.apiURL configuration.

/auth/get_admin_token exists in OpenIM Server release-v3.8.3. Please make sure openIM.apiURL points to the OpenIM Server API service, not chat-api/admin-api or another service.

Example:

openIM:
  apiURL: http://127.0.0.1:10002
  secret: openIM123
