suunto ambit 3 sport not updating firmware

this issue is not openambit problem but suunto website and searching the issue didnt help so i came here to to see if people can understand my issue

issue

the watch suddenly start asking to connect movestick but the app has been discontinued so i tried suunto link which asked for reset b/c to correct some errors after saying reset it asks for update so after that it will try to install the update and on the firmware update step it just stops and go to start asking to connect movestick which is just a continious loop

and the watch works for a few minute after you connect to pc but after few minute it just ask connect movestick
