OSS will soon be over for if google moves ahead with it stance of verification mandates. We need to rake back the freedom. Reach out to DMAs and at country/city level to fight this monopoly.

This repo/list is more about popularity/visibility on search results. So most visitors are new to FOSS. Shorter the description better. I'll wait for @offa 's response.

Thank you very much for the suggestion. I was actually planning to address this topic right now after seeing the banner on F-Droid. However, I would also prefer a short text. A work PR will follow shortly.
