Automatically remove residual DNS files on update

We should remove all .jnl, .jbk, and .signed files from /srv/dns/etc/zones after updating DNS. See rt#6696 for details.

The update here is done by puppet, so I think this should be in that repo. Just disabling DNSSEC I think would be the way to go.
