package.json scripts out of date (affected:apps, affected:libs)

When running 'npm run affected:apps', this example project gives an error:

Based on this comment, it sounds intentional that some of these scripts would not work anymore: nrwl/nx#16676 (comment)

Would be great to either remove scripts that shouldn't be used or update them to reference the newer commands for this example project.
